Meet Kim

I believe every person has the right to live a healthy life—in alignment with their true nature.
We are all unique and deserve to be treated as whole individuals, with physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional dimensions. Through the ancient science of Ayurveda, combined with nearly 40 years of experience in Western medicine as a registered nurse, I bring both knowledge and deep compassion to every session.

My clinical background is rooted in end-of-life care, with decades of experience in hospice and symptom management. This path led me to explore not only what it means to die well—but more importantly, what it takes to live well until our last breath.

As a death doula, Reiki practitioner, and Ayurvedic counselor, I offer clients a space to be fully seen and supported. This is not conventional health coaching—it’s a deeply personalized, holistic journey. I see you not as a list of symptoms, but as a remarkable soul navigating a sometimes difficult human experience.

What to Expect on Your First Visit?


Prior to your first visit, you’ll receive a short intake form to begin sharing how you feel, what your goals are, and how you see your current health and balance.
Our first session is a comprehensive consultation (usually 60 to 90 minutes), where we’ll explore your tendencies, health concerns, and imbalances together.
Your time and story matter—this in-depth session helps me create a plan that’s truly tailored to you.
In our second visit, we’ll go over the findings and co-create a plan to nurture what’s already working, and bring balance to what is not. Every follow-up session builds upon that foundation, always adapting to your progress and needs.
Sessions are available in person or via Zoom, FaceTime, or phone. Ideally, we’ll work together across 5–10 sessions, with the first two focusing on your initial evaluation and plan.
Ayurveda is not a quick-fix approach—though many clients experience immediate shifts, the most lasting and transformative results come with consistency and time. Small, intentional steps over time create lasting health and inner harmony.
